Warranty Exclusions The warranty shall be considered void, and BWEpro shall not be held liable, in the following cases: Misuse: Damage caused by improper handling or use not in accordance with the provided user manual. Unauthorized Repair: Any attempt to open, modify, or repair the device by a technician not certified by BWEpro. Consumables: Parts subject to natural wear and tear (e.g., cartridges, filters, handpiece tips, lamps) are generally not covered. Accidents: Damage caused by fire, water, electrical surges, or accidental drops.
Technical Support & Repairs We provide dedicated technical assistance to ensure the continuity of your business: Remote Assistance: Initial diagnostic support via video call or telephone. On-site/Return Service: If a repair is necessary, the device must be shipped to our technical center in its original packaging or an approved alternative. Loaner Units: Depending on your service contract, BWEpro may provide a temporary replacement unit while your machine is being repaired (subject to availability).
Professional Training The warranty is subject to the equipment being operated by personnel who have received the appropriate training. BWEpro offers training sessions for all new high-technology installations to ensure safety and device longevity.
Shipping Costs for Repairs Unless otherwise stated in your specific purchase contract, shipping costs for sending equipment to our service center are the responsibility of the client. Return shipping after repair is covered by BWEpro if the defect is confirmed to be under warranty.
